1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Fiscify ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fiscify mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Fiscify is an AI-driven personal finance tracker that helps you manage your financial transactions, budgets, and spending insights.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to use Fiscify. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may not use the Service if:
- You are under 16 years of age
- You are prohibited from receiving or using the Service under applicable law
- You have been previously banned or removed from the Service
3. Service Description
Fiscify is a personal finance management application that provides:
- Transaction Tracking: Log and manage your financial transactions
- Budget Management: Create and monitor budgets for different spending categories
- Natural Language Entry: Use voice or text input to log transactions in natural language
- Receipt Scanning: Upload photos of receipts for automatic transaction extraction
- AI-Powered Categorization: Automatic categorization of transactions using artificial intelligence
- Spending Insights: Analytics and reports about your spending patterns
- Financial Account Integration: Connect bank accounts through Plaid for automatic transaction syncing (when available)
The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis. We do not provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA) or guarantee specific uptime percentages. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability but are not liable for temporary outages or interruptions.
4. User Accounts and Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, a secure password, and any other information requested during registration.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date
We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional security feature. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to enhance the security of your account.
5. Payment Terms and Subscriptions
Fiscify operates on a freemium model, offering both free and premium subscription tiers.
Free Tier:
- Core transaction tracking and budgeting (e.g. up to 2 accounts and 2 budgets)
- Monthly limits on natural language entries, receipt scans, and statement imports
- Transaction history limited to 90 days
- AI insights preview; full insight cards and higher limits on Plus
Current numeric limits are shown in the Fiscify app and on the website pricing section and may change; a fair usage policy applies to Plus.
Premium Tiers:
- Unlimited connected accounts and budgets
- Higher monthly limits for natural language entries, receipt scans, and statement imports
- Full AI insights (all cards visible)
- Priority customer support
- Additional features as described in the app and on our website
Payment Processing: Payments for premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing for Android users, subject to Google Play's terms and conditions.
14-Day Refund Policy: You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies and procedures. We reserve the right to deny refunds for subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days, except as required by law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings or by contacting us at support@fiscify.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
6. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and using the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including providing false financial information or misrepresenting transactions
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Service
- Send spam, harass other users, or engage in abusive behavior
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or any part of it for commercial purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the Service without our express written permission
Financial Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of financial data you enter into the Service, verifying that transactions and account balances are correct, reconciling your accounts independently, and any financial decisions you make based on information from the Service.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Fiscify LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve the Service.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
IMPORTANT: FISCIFY IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR, BROKER, OR TAX ADVISOR.
The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. Fiscify does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice, legal advice, recommendations about specific financial products or services, or guarantees about financial outcomes.
You should consult with qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals before making any financial decisions. The information and insights provided by Fiscify are not a substitute for professional financial advice tailored to your specific situation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF DATA.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FISCIFY LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM FINANCIAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON THE SERVICE, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
9. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or by contacting us at support@fiscify.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- You fail to pay required subscription fees
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
- We are required to do so by law or court order
- We determine that termination is necessary to protect the Service or other users
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website, sending an email to the address associated with your account, or displaying a notice in the app.
Your continued use of the Service after we post changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wyoming, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Dispute Resolution Process:
Step 1: Informal Resolution - Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at support@fiscify.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
Step 2: Mediation - If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation. Mediation will be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Wyoming.
Step 3: Arbitration or Litigation - If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or through court proceedings in Wyoming, as applicable.
13. Miscellaneous Provisions
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fiscify regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By using Fiscify, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You agree to be bound by these Terms
- You are at least 16 years old
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You understand that Fiscify is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice
